Update To Clients

Two weeks ago we suspended cleaning services with the goal of keeping our staff, their families, and you and your family safe from the increasing risk of COVID-19. We felt this was the best way to help promote physical distancing and to ensure that our teams weren’t carrying the virus from one client to another.
 
As of midnight tonight, the Government of Ontario is further reducing the number of businesses that may remain open as “essential businesses.” For us that means, that if we were cleaning businesses that are considered “essential” we could continue, but for our commercial and residential clients who are not essential, we are prohibited from offering our cleaning service. This order is in place for at least the next 14 days.
 
What Does This Mean?
This means that My Fantastic Maid will remain closed for at least the next 14 days (until April 18, 2020). In consultation with our employees, we have decided that this will also include our services to businesses that are permitted to remain open as an essential service.
 
During these uncertain days, more than ever, we are thankful for clients like you and our desire is to get back to business as normal, as soon as possible as long as the safety and health of our team members is ensured. I do appreciate your understanding as we navigate through this.
 
How Can I Help?
As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything. If you are self-isolating, I’m personally available to assist you with pick up and delivery of essential items such as groceries and prescriptions.
