By submitting this form you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement with My Fantastic Maid Inc.(MFM), to provide contract cleaning services for clients that we provide for you.

As a contractor, MFM does not withhold any taxes, CPP, or EI premiums. Each contractor is responsible for providing a reliable means of transportation to get to and from clients homes. Each contractor is also responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies and equipment. MFM will provide access to discounted suppliers.

Contractors are required to provide a clean Police Record Check before their profile will be active on the MFM website.
